Do I need prior experience with meditation or coaching?
Not at all. Sessions are designed for complete beginners and people with experience. We’ll start where you are, keep things simple, and build practices that feel natural and doable.
What can I expect during a session?
A calm, supportive conversation focused on what you’re dealing with right now. We’ll explore what’s been holding you back, clarify your next steps, and leave you with one or two practical tools to use immediately.
Are sessions online or in-person?
Most sessions are available online via video call, so you can join from anywhere. In-person sessions may be available depending on location and scheduling—reach out and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
How long is each session?
Most sessions are 50–60 minutes. If you prefer something shorter, quick 30-minute check-ins can be arranged for specific goals or ongoing support.
What can I expect during a session?
Expect a mix of coaching and grounding practices—like breathwork, reflection prompts, and mindset tools—tailored to you. It’s practical, judgment-free, and focused on helping you feel clearer and more in control.
