How I Got Here
My own healing journey began after years of burnout and anxiety. I turned to breathwork as a last resort and it changed everything. Now I share the same tools that helped me find clarity, calm, and purpose.
The Breaking Point
After years of 60-hour corporate weeks, I realized my "success" came at the cost of my inner peace. I was exhausted and empty.
Seeking Stillness
I stepped away from the noise and traveled to Kyoto, immersing myself in meditation and learning to just be for the first time.
Deepening the Practice
I spent two years earning my certification in Somatic Healing, studying the connection between the nervous system and emotional clarity.
